What's the difference between the Ivory Fold and the Onyx Fold Reformer?

The Ivory, White Edition and Onyx Fold all share the same specifications and performance. They use the same aluminium frame, same springs, same PU leather and same memory foam. The only difference is aesthetic, choose the one that best suits your space and style.

What's the difference between the Onyx and the Onyx Fold?

The Onyx is our non-fold model, while the Onyx Fold sits in our foldable range alongside the Ivory and White Edition. The foldable models all share the same frame and specs, just in different finishes.

How does the Ivory compare to the Studio Reformer?

The Ivory uses the same aluminium frame, same springs, same leather type and same memory foam as the Studio. The main difference is the frame style, the Studio frame is slightly more square, lower and wider, but nothing significant.

Are both the Ivory and Onyx Fold easy to fold and move?

Yes. Both reformers are designed for easy folding and portability. The weight difference between the two is minimal and both remain easy to move when needed.

Is the Ivory Fold suitable for beginners?

Absolutely. The Ivory Fold Reformer is an excellent choice for beginners and home use. It offers great performance and build quality, making it perfect for those new to reformer Pilates.

What is the carriage glide like? Is it quiet and smooth?

Our reformers feature a very smooth and quiet glide thanks to the large wheels fitted to the carriage, which makes a noticeable difference compared to standard reformers.

How many footbar positions are there?

Our reformers feature 6 to 7 footbar positions to suit different exercises and body types.

What's the maximum user weight?

Our reformers support a maximum user weight of around 150 to 180kg, providing plenty of capacity for all body types.

What's the carriage height from the ground?

Our foldable reformers sit under the 30cm mark from the ground.

Where are FitBoutique reformers made?

Our reformers are made in our very own facility overseas, using our own hand-picked materials. Every reformer is designed in-house and built to studio standard.

What type of leather is used on the reformers?

We use the same premium PU leather across all of our reformer models.

Do you offer a platform extender?

Yes, we offer a platform extender as a made-to-order product. It can be purchased directly through our online store.

What's included with each reformer?

Each reformer comes in its own crate and includes the jumpboard, box and yoga starter kit. Delivery is included Australia-wide.

How are reformers shipped, fully assembled?

Yes, our reformers arrive fully assembled in their crate. No assembly required, simply unbox and lift out to begin training.

Ordering & Delivery

If I order today, can I choose or change my delivery date?

Yes. Once your order is ready to ship, we coordinate with our shipping partners to align the delivery as closely as possible to your preferred date. For larger studio orders, we can hold the units until you're ready. If you have a specific date in mind such as moving into a new space, let us know in advance.

How long will delivery take?

Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details. Our reformers typically arrive within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your location. We'll keep you informed of any delays throughout the process.

How do I know when my reformer will be delivered?

Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number. The freight forwarder assigned to your area will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time.

Can the reformer be delivered to my door?

Yes, all reformers are delivered to your address. The freight forwarder is a dedicated third party that handles the final mile delivery in your local area.

Do you offer an in-home delivery and setup service?

Yes. Our In-Home Delivery & Setup service is an add-on where one to two handymen deliver your reformer inside your home and place it in your chosen room. Please note this service is booked separately to standard delivery and handled by a different team. Once your reformer arrives, our team will reach out to schedule a date. Crate disposal is not included.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery is available, with all import taxes included at checkout, so there are no hidden costs. Please allow 30 to 40 days for international delivery, though this is subject to change.

Payment & Pricing

What payment options do you offer?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfer, Afterpay and Klarna at checkout. For larger orders, we also offer 48 months interest free financing, a 25% deposit option to secure your order with the balance paid prior to dispatch, or full outright payment.

Do you offer wholesale or studio pricing?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for studios and clinics, typically 10% off the current sale price. Let us know how many units you're after and your location and we'll send through a tailored quote.

Can I reserve a reformer with a deposit?

Yes. For larger and commercial orders, we offer a deposit option to lock in your reformers from current stock. The remaining balance is paid prior to dispatch. This allows you to secure your order and have units allocated for you ahead of your preferred delivery date.

Do you offer financing options?

Yes. Alongside Afterpay and Klarna at checkout, we can also recommend you to a finance broker we work closely with, or you're welcome to pay outright through your own finance.

Do you offer discounts?

We occasionally run promotions throughout the year. Feel free to reach out to see what offers are currently available.

After Purchase

What's your return policy?

Due to the size, weight and freight cost of reformers, we do not offer returns. This is standard practice across the industry. For change of mind, please reach out and we'll do our best to help where possible.

What warranty do you offer?

Every FitBoutique reformer is backed by a 5 year warranty. We also hold all spare parts in-house in Melbourne, so if you ever need a replacement part we can move quickly.

Can I get a refund if my order is delayed?

As our reformers are often sold on pre-order, we are unable to issue refunds once a machine has been allocated to you. We're transparent about shipping times and do our best to provide updates on any delays.

How do I set up my reformer?

Our reformers arrive fully assembled, so setup is as simple as unboxing and placing the reformer on a flat surface. Please ensure all four legs sit at the exact same height to avoid any lifting or instability. We also have a setup video available on our YouTube channel.

My reformer feels like it's lifting on one side, what should I do?

This usually happens when the reformer isn't sitting on a completely flat surface. Please check that all four legs are at the exact same surface height and the issue should resolve.

What if a part needs replacing?

We hold all spare parts here in Melbourne and can dispatch replacements quickly. Most minor adjustments such as tightening hardware or replacing components are quick and straightforward fixes that don't require professional repair.

Is there a FitBoutique app?

Our Fit By FitBoutique app is launching very soon. Every reformer purchase will include 6 months of complimentary access, so you can begin your practice the moment your reformer arrives. This is a limited time offer. 

Where can I see your reformers in person?

We're based in Melbourne and have a studio and showroom opening here soon. We also have studios across Australia using our reformers, get in touch and we'll let you know which studios are closest to your area.

Studios & Commercial

Are your reformers suitable for studio use?

Yes. The Studio Reformer and Perlino are built specifically for commercial use, however every reformer in our range is built to studio standard. Many clinics, gyms and Pilates studios across Australia use our reformers daily.

How long does a studio order take to fulfil?

If we have stock available, we can dispatch right away. For larger orders or models that need to be put into production, please allow 2 to 3 months minimum. We'll always confirm exact timing based on your requirements.

Can you supply a full studio fit-out?

Yes. We work with studio owners and clinics across Australia and internationally on full fit-outs. Get in touch with your unit count and location and we'll put together a tailored package.
